Introduction to Computers
A course
designed for beginners, which starts from the basics of turning the
computer on, to showing you how to navigate around the computer,
opening programs and some of the basic functions you will need to
know to be able to use your own computer. This course runs
for 5 weeks, with classes taking place on a Wednesday morning, from
10:00am to 12:00noon. Contact Sue Arnold at On Track Training

Open Access
OpenAccess
sessions are for the general public on the basis that participants
have a basic understanding and knowledge of computer use.
Participants are able to book a computer for a two hour block
at the cost of a gold coin donation. During this time
computer users are free to practice their computer skills or surf
the web. During the two hour block, On Track's computer
trainer, Sue Arnold will be available to assist and guide
participants through any specific issues they may have.
Open
Access sessions take place during the following days and

Intermediate Word
The
course focuses on using Microsoft Word. It gives students an
insight into the various tools and function in word and how to go
about formatting and setting up various documents, as well as
saving and printing publications. This course runs

A course
which delves into the basic operations of Microsoft Excel,
including use of simple formulas and creation of graphs from data.

Microsoft
Publisher allows you to create a large variety of different
publications from brochures, flyers and greeting cards to detailed
information booklets. This course will show you the basic
tools and functions available within this software application and
to use them effectively to create professional publications.

This
short course is designed to show participants how to important
pictures from their cameras onto the computer and how these
pictures can be manipulated to be used in various types of
publications such as documents, flyers, brochures and even slide

Spring Clean Your Computer
In this
course participants will discover how to clean up the various
folders and drives within their computer to enable more efficient
performance of the computer system. This includes tidying up
of folders and sub-folders as well as the removal of temporary
files and folders. This

Internet & E-mail
On
completion of this short training program, participants will have a
solid background knowledge in the use of internet browsers and
e-mail applications and will be able to search for items on the
